PNB Dubai branch to operate next month

Punjab National Bank would start operations in Bhutan and Dubai next month. The bank is upgrading its representative office in Dubai into a branch at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and starting Druk PNB Ltd, a joint venture, in Bhutan. "We are doing a soft launch of the Dubai branch. It will be in operation from January, 2010," said PNB chairman and manging director
