Aegis Logistics says board okays acquiring Shell Gas

Aegis Logistics Ltd said on Monday its board approved buying 100% equity of Shell Gas (LPG) India Pvt Ltd.

Shell Gas has gas infrastructure facility at Pipavav port, a LPG filling plant in Gujarat and is involved in the business of import and marketing of wholesale LPG.
